WHS-L1は、同期グリッパーを備えた密閉型ギアボックスを搭載し、フォトマスクとレチクルを側面の接線方向から精密にハンドリングします。これは、精度と最小限の接触が不可欠なシナリオに最適です。

WHS-L2は水平オフセット用途向けに設計されており、WHS-L1が適さない場合に柔軟に対応します。

WHS-L3 は、高度な極端紫外線 (EUV) マスクを扱うために作られており、EUV レチクル ポッドとシームレスにインターフェースする 4つの薄型グリッパーを備え、安定性とセキュリティを確保します。
